Here we have a selection of, as the name suggest a range of perennial plants that we have very limited stock of . These tend to be the more unusual and spectacular varieties that we grow and as such are more expensive for us to cultivate.
Penstemon Dark Towers
A stunning variety with bronze foliage, bearing bright pink flowers from mid summer until the first frosts. This is a very vigorous variety and will grow best in full sun but will tolerate partial shade, prefers moist well drained soil.
Height 0.5 – 1 meter
Liatris spicata Kobold
This is a clump forming perennial with narrow grass like foliage and bearing exotic looking erect spikes of deep purple flowers which open from the top downwards. Flowers from mid summer to early autumn. Prefers well drained soil in full sun.
Height 30 – 60 cm.
Penstemon Electric Blue
A semi evergreen perennial,that produces intensely blue flowers,with a tinge of purple which contrast perfectly with the silvery green foliage. Has a bushy upright habit and flowers from early June to October.
